DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery of the products purchased on www.fradi.it usually occurs within 5 working days from the order date in Italy and the EU and within 8 days for all other destinations. Delivery times may be delayed in case of holidays and that carriers do not deliver on days 25 Deember, 26 December, 01 January, from 11 August to 16 August and in the weekends. For orders made by credit card, to the normal timing of delivery you have to add one business day for the normal administrative controls. For orders made through bank transfer, the shipping time will be calculated from the confirmation of payment.

RETURNS AND REFUND

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return purchased products.

Here's what to do:

  1. You have to click on “returns” in your personal profile, in the special section “My orders”, and follow the instruction or send an email to info@eurofradi.com
  2. In the email you have to specify the items you want to return and if you want to: change color, size, get a refund or a coupon for your next purchase. Fradi will send you an e-mail confirming your request with the RMA number.
  3. Then you can ship the items to: Eurofradi Srl, Via Mottola 2/B – 74015 Martina Franca (TA) Italia.
  4. You have to pay for return shipping costs, unless there's a problem with the item. For example, if it doesn't match the listing description, is damaged or defective or is counterfeit.
  5. From the time of receipt, the package will be checked by our warehouse and your request for a refund or replacement will be fulfilled within 10 working days if it meets the following requirements: The goods must not have been used, washed or damaged; All tags and labels must remain intact and still attached to the product; The items must be returned in its original packaging (envelope, box, etc.) . In the event of a refund, you will receive it as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date you have contacted our Customer Service.
